"Training for an Ironman triathlon is grueling enough, and the last thing you want to deal with are injuries during the crucial ramp up period prior to an Ironman race. For me it was my one shot at racing in the Ford Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. So I left nothing to chance when I suffered two over-use injuries during the several months of training leading up to that race. After much research and talking to other competitive triathletes who had worked with Mike at Performance Therapy, I chose to work with Mike to solve the problems I was having that was causing my injuries. Mike got right to work in identifying the injuries I had, what was causing the injuries, and put together a treatment program to address the problem areas so I would be ready for race day. The program worked and neither injury was a problem while racing in the World Championships in Hawaii in October."
