"I wanted to take a moment to thank Mike Danenberg at Performance Therapy. He was instrumental in helping me achieve my racing goals this year. Most recently, I was in the last weeks of training for the Marine Corp Marathon and I found myself with tremendous hip flexor pain and strain. To say I walked into Mike's office limping was an understatement; I was seriously considering not running the marathon I trained so hard for. After weekly treatments and following my stretching instructions, I was feeling a lot better and made the journey to Washington, DC and completed the race. Mike helped me to recover quickly from the marathon so I could line up for the Carolinas Spartan Beast two weeks later. I was not only able to complete the Beast, but I felt incredibly strong and was able to beat my time goal. To think I was ready to throw in the towel and now I have an incredible sense of accomplishment (and two beautiful medals)! Thanks Mike, I couldn't have done it without you!"
