"Throughout my years of training beginning in High School with the 5k, College with the 8k, and then continuing on with the marathon and beyond I have always relied on professional advice to properly train my body to perform at it's highest ability. I had the luxury of physical trainers, coaches, and equipment throughout High School and College and utilized them weekly. When I moved to Greenville in 2009 I quickly realized the absence of a reliable physical therapy resource and watched my rate of injury increase. Performance Therapy came highly recommended through numerous success stories of other local athletes competing at all levels and I decided to attend one of their running clinics. I was very impressed that the entire staff of Performance Therapy came to the free event and could tell they genuinely cared about each individual athlete. This same personal treatment is felt every time I come in for an appointment and interact with the thorough staff.
